Nando's - Wandana Heights

I've always enjoyed Nando's menu and have never been left without something to eat. Everything i've tried has tasted fine, and the food is always consistent. I eat here every few months, usually ordering the chicken paella.A little while ago i went with a friend and our order was forgotten, we were in no rush and after inquiring about our order the staff were sincerely apologetic, cooked our meals quickly afterwards and even compensated us with some delicious sides. Even though the order was misplaced they went above and beyond to apologize which was very well appreciated. All other times the food has come quickly and been consistant and delicious. Staff are always friendly.

I love nandos but I was there last Friday and two big hairs were inside my wrap. I told the guy in charge and he replaced it with a grilled chicken breast. He sort of apologised for it and that was that. As if it didn't happen. I didn't even get a small custard pie as reward!

Nandos is always a great, but to make it even better today we got the most friendly service I think I have ever experienced in a Nandos restaurant. For those people who are gluten intolerant or totally gluten free most of the meals at Nandos are gluten free, just ask when you place your order.

Their whole chicken...is out of world. I wish they had franchise in states also.. too good

Love it. Food was taste and you can choose the flavor or spiciness of the food with extra sauce.
