Ordering ahead in the app is all but useless. I use order ahead apps for other 'fast ' food places and it 's nice to get in and out because the order is ready when I arrive. At McDonald 's they don 't start making the order until you arrive. The only 'benefit ' is not having to pay at the counter or drive through window. Food was so cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Waited for food to be brought to us for 15-20 mins. I thought great it will be hot. 2 cars that came after us got their meal before us.Maybe some adults working it would help. No thank you from any workers.Will not go back there. It literally says what the order is on the receipt yet the high quality individuals (joke) working here can’t read.Paid for extra bacon and there wasn’t even the regular amount on the sandwich.Watch out folks, poor service AND they’ll scam you.

They need to hire more people and give their current staff a raise.This place was overrun at lunch on a Thursday.The staff handled it like pros but they were clearly overworked. Any franchise manager that runs a place of business like this needs a swift kick to their nether region.
Don’t eat here their service sucks and they need to be faster and don’t park people…..
