What Merlagoes doesn't like about Upper Crust:
Coffee was from a machine and tasted like metal. Baguette was like plastic. Worst £6 I've spent in a while. Expensive rubbish surely monopoly keeps them going... View all feedback. What Barry Kennedy likes about Upper Crust:
I often stop at this sandwich shop on my way to work. Sabihabe is always friendly and greets me with a smile. She remembers my usual order even if it's been a while since my last visit. The food at Upper Crust is always delicious and consistent. While it may be a bit on the expensive side, I understand that it's typical for a concession in the Waterloo concourse. View all feedback.

Others appreciated the friendly service and consistent delicious sandwiches. While the prices may be on the higher side, the personal touch from the staff was noted and valued.
