On the 28 of October I took my children and grandchildren to the restaurant for a family meal, the service was good but when time comes to pay I was told the ca... read more On the 28 of October I took my children and grandchildren to the restaurant for a family meal, the service was good but when time comes to pay I was told the card machine is not working to go outside to get cash which I did, I didn't think nothing of it then ,but on the 17 November my sister and I went back to the restaurant service again was good but when I ask for the bill I was told the card machine is frozen I have to pay by with cash it's then I realised something wrong because during the time I was there I saw other customers paid their bill by card. I felt I was discriminated I'm a black woman the other customers where all turkish and some English .I ask the the staff why I was treated different from everyone else she said don't ask her she is only a staff.they lied about the card machine not working because I'm black that's is not acceptable .I send at lot of money there each time ,I'm not going back there neither will recommend it to anyone.

However, one particular staff member stands out for being arrogant, rude... read more The food at this restaurant is typically delicious, and most of the staff are friendly. However, one particular staff member stands out for being arrogant, rude, and unhygienic. Despite coughing and sneezing, he handled food and glasses without washing his hands. Despite this one negative experience, the restaurant is overall nice, comfortable, and serves lovely food.

My food arrived after only a few minutes and was nicely presented (see pictures). Unfortunately the meat wasn't seasoned at all and tasted bland. Too bad, if the food was better this would have been a 5 star review.
