What Dessie D doesn't like about Dunkin':
Every time I get my ice coffee at Dunks on Linden St they can never get it right. I ask for half decaf and half regular. I watch them make it and they Always give me all decaf. I tell them I watched you make it and she looks at me and lies and says I put regular in it too. This happens every time. There is never a problem at the other Dunks. Bottom line. I just tried the strawberry dragonfruit lemonade, and it was delicious! Definitely worth trying!
I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts for more than three years, and I've always experienced friendly and fast service. Recently, I accidentally left my wallet there one morning. I called the manager, who was very helpful. When I returned to the store, my wallet was completely intact, including $100 in cash.
I have a strong affection for Dunkin' Donuts, and that's definitely a New England trait of mine. I've even visited locations outside the U.S. in Vietnam and Korea, where the experience was elevated and quite different from what I'm used to. Interestingly, since I work in the Waltham area, this is the only Dunkin' I frequent and I truly believe it's the best one around. I love using the On-the-Go ordering feature here; they excel at it. Typically, I place my order as I pull into the lot, and within just two minutes, my food is ready (even the cooked items only take about five minutes). Even when the place is busy, the staff works efficiently and seems to enjoy their jobs. All in all, it’s a fantastic experience!
Every time I order my iced coffee at the Dunkin' on Linden Street, they never get it right. I request half decaf and half regular, but I always see them making it with all decaf. When I point it out and tell them I saw them make it, the employee looks at me and insists that they added regular coffee as well. This happens every single time. I’ve never had an issue at other Dunkin' locations. Bottom line: it seems like young employees these days just don’t pay attention.
This is definitely the best Dunkin' Donuts in Waltham. I often pass by the two on Lexington Street, which are among the worst I've ever visited—I’ll save those details for another review. The coffee here is always fresh, and they fill the cups to the brim (unlike the ones on Lexington Street), plus there’s rarely a long line. Today, there were about five people ahead of me, but I hardly waited more than a minute because the line moved so quickly. The employees are consistently friendly, and I believe a lot of the credit goes to the woman managing the shop (I’m not sure of her name, but she’s there every time I visit). She’s always helping to serve customers and greets everyone with a warm smile. Dunkin' Donuts is lucky to have her!
