China Sun Buffet In Spr - Walterville

Okay so i went here 02/12/2024 around 7pm got one plate of some shrimp with white sauce and some beef and onion and mushrooms rice and green beens all the food was cold from the line 15.99 and the staff were not helpfull i dodnt even eat

The food is pretty good, but the place is filthy and run down. It also bothered me that there were uncovered raw meats (chicken and pork) in the same room as the cooked food. That’s a big no-no as far as I know. It’s a bit expensive. I thought the drinks were included but a soda is $4!!! Please clean up your dining room and don’t do food prep or store supplies there.

Every time we're in Eugene we stop by. Coos is great and we really enjoy being there

Food had no flavourful. Had to ask for water. No one came by for refill.

Sadly we used to love going here but they've never really recovered from ownership changes, the pandemic, and what I can only assume is lack of proper facility maintenance. Our last trip here was, by far, the worst and the likelihood we will return is pretty low. The steam tables ALL seem to be malfunctioning to the point where the entire floor was soaked, they have cardboard down in an effort to mitigate the hazard but it's just slippery cardboard. The floor over by the Mongolian Grill station was so wet that my family forbid me from even stepping over there and made me hand them my plate and they got it to the grill person and bright it back to me at our table. It was not a pleasant experience overall. I miss the quality of the food and customer service that used to exist at this restaurant :
