I have been a patron of this local bar restaurant for years and ever since they have opened their restaurant. I always enjoyed friendly neighborhood like atmosphere and professional staff. Water Into Wine is best for its wine and cheese! I came here three years ago and had wine and brûlée Brie. Never stopped thinking about it ever since. I finally came back again and had the exact same thing. So worth it. We also had stuffed artichoke dip mushrooms, which was really good, and a salmon dish, which was decent. Late lunch was in order today. For those that have never tried Water Into Wine and are near West Knoxville then this place is a great stop.
Nice place to meet with friends. Try the fall special drink called Sweater Weather.
