I’ve heard great things about Paparito’s ever since I moved to Crossville. I stopped in this afternoon for a late lunch, and was greeted by Dave and Tyler. They are incredibly inviting and friendly, and explained the menu to me since it was my first time. Tyler suggested I try the new garlic tortilla for my burrito and that their house-made chipotle ranch sauce would pair well with my steak burrito. Boy, was he right... View all feedback.

Excellent food. Super clean. Good value. Fresh ingredients. Those things are all great. But here are the things that stood out even more. Everyone working was cool. By that I mean super friendly humans: helpful, engaging, extremely pleasant, jovial, funny, and they like good music. We will be back every time we are in this town, especially since this interaction is a stark contrast to the other interactions we've had in Crossville.
My wife and I love this place. Everything always taste so fresh and everyone that works there is always super friendly and helpful.
The rice is hard as a rock, hard enough to chip a tooth. Also the stale tortillas. No thanks but I'll pass on this place next time.
Great tasting food, super friendly employees, and good music on their radio. If you like Moe's or Chipotle, you don't have to leave Crossville to get the same thing. The food was delicious and the portions were great. I left full but not stuffed. They even make the tortilla chips and salsa in-house, fresh, and tasty! I highly recommend giving them a try. You'll definitely want to be a repeat offender.
