Disappointed, walked in at 9:15pm and was told they are closing early due to staffing shortages.
Wow! DO NOT....Just don 't. I understand people are understaffed. But employees screaming at customers and kicking people out because of it, is a little bit frightening. They were literally yelling at people and saying We 're not serving anybody else tonight! Customers ordered food that they weren 't getting and they were mad. All this happened while we stood by the front door and nobody acknowledged us, or apologized for closing early. I was literally shocked at the horrid scene. 0 stars. -5 stars.
My gf and I were on our way to FL and we're excited to see this location as the ones in our area have closed. The service was poor, server forgot our appetizer and didn't do but say... of I forgot. Her chicken was overbooked as well as my ribs.... Some things even bbq sauce can't fix. Please be wary if you visit those location. Also, mens bathroom were dirtier than the gas stations in the area.
Slow service. Cold food. McDonald's better bet. Several people walked out some refused to pay for cold food
They suck Sat for 20 minutes and never had a waiter speak to us. We left. Sign on door said be nice to wait staff they were short handed... that goes both ways. Don't waste your time here.
