The food and everything was good but the service was so bad. We were having trouble with a new card and the staff member helping us was impatient and more concerned with the tip. I love firehouse sub. It's my favorite sandwich store. I took my grandkids to eat there around 7 pm in fort Smith on Rogers. The food was excellent. When we were done I took everything in to the trash. As we were leaving the manager, a black lady, asked us to go clean the mess weade.
