Had a lunch here and was very pleased with everything. The Colorado steak sandwich is like a Philly with a mildly spicy pepper thrown in. Huge order of fries is easily enough for two people. Chicken fried steak sandwich was tasty and everything was made fresh. Good choice for lunch. View all feedback.

A small cafe on the north end of town. It has been a favorite of locals adn travelers for many, many years. The food is very good and the staff are friendly.

Not my first experience here, but my first dining inside and seeing a menu. The place is truly delightful, local casual, friendly. The food is fantastic, homemade fresh and served hot. Great service and atmosphere, small town gem!
You need to stop here, the tacos and the salsa are full of Colorado goodness. And thats salsa aka hot sauce can compete with any taqueria located south of the Texas State line. Our youngest had the Colorado steak sandwich and fries. He said it was delicious as well. The staff were very kind and seemed genuinely glad that we came in. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. We travel I-25 frequently and have found a gem in George’s Drive In. Location is easily accessible from the interstate. Parking was also easy.
