Alpine Rose Cafe - Walsenburg

Rose was phenomenal! We stopped for breakfast on our way to Pagosa. The restaurant was cozy and welcoming, the food was very delicious. Thank you. Rose for cooking and serving!

The ultimate greasy spoon cafe! It was difficult for small businesses, especially Cafe/Diners, while this Covid-19 world we live in. This old school café has everything you expect. Do not wait too long to visit this historic site. Cafés like the Apline Rose don't stay forever.

Really cool building. felt like I had jumped back in time. Our waitress was a super sweet older lady who also made cooking. Cheap, food for 2 came to $17 lol. It was a nice discovery from the Interstate. Pass the French Pommes

Very nice home made food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner menu have lots to choose from. Lady owner attends personally and has been doing so for at least 40 years Has a very nice view of the district street, today was very windy by the way
