We waited for an hour and a half for our 4 tikka rolls, only to have them arrive cold. When I called to request a refund, they kept hanging up on me and refusing to listen. However, as soon as my brother spoke to them, they were willing to listen. It appears that they were trying to take advantage of me as a woman with their poor quality food. All tikka rolls came stone cold after waiting hour and half. when I phoned for a refund they hung up on me multiple times and wouldn't listen to me but as soon as my brother was talking they listened try to rip off women for poor quality food WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
Have been eating here for years and never had a bad meal yet!! Good food, reasonably priced and good service. The fact that you can take your own alcohol, even though they are licenced, is a great help in keeping the cost down.

I have often been in the shimla aldridge for a takeaway, and for eating with the family a friend in recent years or so. enjoy the curry there, especially the salmon bahar! the personal is always friendly, one of their made to feel. welcome whether it is a eating or collecting a take.
