I organised a rally in Walsall and wanted somewhere for a breakfast for striking teachers who had been on picket lines all morning. The Red Lion were very accomodating. Dissapointing pub. Food was poor. Undercooked chips and fish small. No real atmosphere as it was virtually empty. Small place but there is an upstairs which was closed off when i went. To be fair i know people who go there regular and like it. For me there are better pubs in Walsall. View all feedback.
I always visit this restaurant on Sundays for the beef dinner or cottage pie. I typically stick to the same dishes because they are delicious, but there are plenty of other options on the menu. The prices are more affordable compared to other chain pubs and the service is consistently great.

What a brilliant proper pub with a great welcome from the staff we ordered food today and it was very nice and a decent price on there 2 for 12 quid deal we should support our locals and after our visit I intend to do so in future see you soon xx
Good Christmas atmosphere tonight beautiful decorations and some good karaoke going on.
Asked for a drink and the guy shook his head and assumed I was underage. Despite me being 22 years old. Didn't even ask for my ID, I had it with me at the time. Just thought forget it. Disgusting. Left and went to a better bar and wasn't disappointed when I went.
