Nando's - Walsall

I usually don't write reviews, but my ghetto page was woken up today after 20 years to keep it in the bay! the branch manager (ben) for this load was rude and insulting, I am not sure why he holds such a position. my children had just. the school finished and were hungry and thrilled Nando’s, my other half wanted to meet us there after work. when ordering our habits, we were first told that we did not have a ketchup zitrone mayo, as it did not on the menu, just a few moments later another employee provided other (white customers) sauces that were not on the menu. I knew what kind of cookie I had to do with. then we noticed a strange smell of olives when we looked at them carefully, they could see that they were gone! when complaining, I was told that a fresh batch would be overhauled, but no, this so-called manager decided to go back to the same batch I complained about and brought the same olives back! then he wanted me to try them if you could see the white form on the olives. the type was incapable. I have tried to explain this saying that it was not clever to go back to the same batch when I just addressed a problem! As soon as I said, he became confronted, he began to argue with me that I should take a taste! the type would not give answer! after that, our main course was terrible, I'm pretty sure that was deliberately done. the chicken was burned and tasted and the chips and the garlic bread boiled. I soon realized there was no point in complaining to this manager. I have raised a complaint to nando. when the manager ben works when they visit, they do not expect much healthy sense.

My niece here as she had never been, it is a very attractive restaurant and covered, the personal is friendly, the chips are from this world, the eating is very nice if I had a critique there would not be much choice. for vegetarian, but the vegetarian packaging I had was beautiful.

Amazinng vegeterian options for my child. he loved that the fake meat really tasted! the odours were slightly salted so that the review stumbles there. unfortunately I couldn't take my waiter name, but she was great. many thanks!

I visited nando as my month treating with my family. as always eating was great and overall have a wonderful time. Many thanks to the team

This is currently our second time visiting this restaurant hoping to get better service to which i was unfortunately wrong. Me and my friend arrived around 6pm on a Friday which normally would be packed it was empty and no wonder with the service. We...got seated quickly but sadly struggled straight away with the online order system. It was not working atall for either of us on our up to date phones. So we asked for help of which the waitress said would ask the manager if we could pay online at till as we asked and was told to go to the till to order when ready as the manager will do so for us. We arrived at the till as the ‘manager’ came to us saying can I help u we explained the situation that the waitress said we could come to you to order he said we try not to do orders on the till I said we were told we can and can’t order unless we can on the till. His response was we can’t so we said we will have to go elsewhere if can’t order on till as no other way to order he just said ok nothing else. This response from a manger is disgusting and has lost our custom. He has no customer service skills what’s so ever this was our second and last time visiting so disappointed
