What julied279 doesn't like about Corner House:
I visited this restaurant with a friend and we were seated at a table near the window. However, within five minutes we were asked to move so that a regular customer could have our table. The menu was very small and uninspiring. When my friend asked for a cooked breakfast, she was told it was too late and had to choose a different meal. I ordered the ploughman's, but it was not like any ploughman's I had seen before a... View all feedback.

Yes you do get your regular older generation in there but for value for money for such nice food you will be hard pressed. You can also have breakfasts here but I haven't yet.
Had Sunday lunch here with family never had roast beef so tender before best Sunday lunch in Walsall 2 course meal with tea or coffee £8.00 took our own alcoholic drinks can't beat it . Will definitely be making a return visit Soon
Home cooked lovely food at a very reasonable price, unlicensed.....so take your own drink. Generally mature local clientele.....just like us. We will defiantly be visiting again soon.
Hidden away in leafy Pelsall, The Corner House is a delightful tea room. The staff were polite and friendly and the food and drinks were delicious.
My wife, mum, and I decided to try this restaurant for Sunday lunch after my mum's friend and neighbor recommended it. The traditional two-course meal at this place is excellent and offered at very reasonable prices. There were 3-4 meat options, a variety of mixed vegetables, and a vegetarian option to choose from, all of which were simple but very delicious. For dessert, there were several options to choose from, and you could finish off your meal with a cup of tea or coffee. The food was all homemade and served by friendly staff, making it feel like a meal with extended family. It's advisable to make a reservation in advance as it seems to be a popular spot for locals. I definitely plan on booking here again in the future.
