Jersey Mike's Subs - Feedback

What Alex Banat doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
The food is usually good. I don’t know what it is, but every time I have come at night, the folks behind the counter have been angry, and short, and fairly rude. I know a night shift can be rough, but as a customer, and someone who’s worked on that side of the counter at one point or another in my life, I am very patient and polite, and am not a fan of how quickly I want to be out of there whenever I’m there. I 've never tried Jersey Mike 's before. To review #13 (Italian with hots) and #6 (roast beef), I placed an order with two subs. Having both of them Mike 's way, I was overjoyed! Since it was my first visit, I might have been able to request to have the bread toasted, but other than that, I only noticed a few minor issues.
