Dunkin' - Walnutport

The Dunkin' in Walnutport is exceptional. The staff is fantastic, and the treats are consistently fresh.

When I called the manager to address this issue, she acknowledged the mistake, saying it was due to a price difference but didn’t mention anything about it while I was at the store. It felt like they were just stalling while trying to get my order together. This was frustrating, as one would expect a place called Dunkin’ to have donuts readily available. Not only do they frequently lack the items that are central to their business, but it also felt like I was being shortchanged. When I asked why I wasn’t informed of the situation while I was there, I got no clear answer—just a suggestion to come back later for the donuts. This unprofessional service is unacceptable, especially when I could easily spend over $40 a day at a different Dunkin’. I don’t appreciate being treated this way.

Since the onset of COVID-19, there has been noticeable price gouging and an attempt to manipulate prices at nearby stations. This place has fleet pumps, which seems to benefit from the demand from tri-axle vehicles using diesel.

My son I love our usual Tuesday runs to DD! But this one seems to usually either mess up something or another. I love the people they seem genuinely nice. But I always go through the drive through as my son's very hyperactive so I try to just gothrough the drive through typically. But the new fence I feel is a definite hazard. I feel it will if not already cause anaccident. I almost got hit from behind a few times since the fence was put up. Still will go though??

I don't understand why people rant about Dunkin' it is mediocre coffee, the doughnuts are tiny and very expensive. This place has a drive thru but the parking lot is a bit strange so the line can block traffic flow through the gas pumps.
