Panda Express has garnered mixed reviews at this particular location, where patrons frequently express disappointment over portion sizes and customer service. Diners report stingy servings of entrees, often leading them to seek alternatives despite the chain’s reputation for quality Chinese cuisine. Complaints about rude staff and forgotten orders have also surfaced, detracting from the overall experience. However, some customers appreciate the food’s flavor and recommend larger plate options for those with hearty appetites. While the ambiance and cleanliness receive commendations, consistency in service and portioning remains a significant concern, prompting many to suggest choosing a different location.

I ordered food here through the drive-thru on November 8th around 8:30 pm. By the time I got home and opened my plate I was disappointed in what I had received. I ordered double orange chicken with fried rice and the portions to what I got made me feellike I was scammed. (Originally I wanted mushroom chicken and orange chicken, but the workers said they were out of the mushroomchicken). Anyways, when Ive been to panda in the past I?ve always known it for having decent portions. This was not the casewith my order as the entrees were barely filled up with tiny pieces. Not to mention the fried rice I received was rice with 90%carrots, 5 peas, 1 piece of onion, and a scrap of egg. Since then I contacted customer support about the and they said theywould issue me a refund but, I mentioned that I had entered the receipt number in the inquiry and had lost the receipt sincethen. They offered me a code instead, and I agreed. Its been over 12 days since then and I have not received a code and supporthad stopped replying to me. I opened another inquiry about this 3 days ago with an image of my bank statement showing that I hadate there and no response either. After this experience, I don?t recommend eating at Panda. They clearly don?t take care oftheir guests.

Ordered two large plates with a cub meal. Do you really call that a roasted rice? Why noodles have no taste? Why do orange chickens like cardboard taste? Please test your food before serving the customer.

I just returned from this restaurant, and I have to say it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. 1. I went through the drive-thru while seated in the back of the car, and after about 30 seconds of trying to place my order, I was told to wait. I waited, and a full minute later, a different voice came on to say that I needed to back up because they couldn't hear me. I responded that I was ready to place my order, but all I got in return was silence. After two minutes, the same person told me to back up again because they still couldn't hear me. I explained that I'd been waiting to order. 2. Finally, when we got to the window, a female employee took my payment and told us to wait out front for our order. We parked in front of the store and ended up waiting there for a full 12-15 minutes. 3. I went inside to see what was going on, and I noticed a number of people receiving their orders at the drive-thru and in the restaurant. There was no shortage of prepared food. After a few minutes, I managed to get someone’s attention and showed them my receipt, only to find out that no one had even started on my order. Two minutes after that, I finally received my complete order in a bag. There were no apologies or explanations for the poor service — these employees were simply rude and unmotivated. I will definitely not be returning to this place again.

Management: F Food: C+ Overall: I suggest you try a different place. The management leaves much to be desired, especially when they run out of basic items like soy sauce. The fried rice is dry and lacks flavor. When you order a dish, you might only receive half the portion if it's a two-item purchase. The staff, mostly college students, seem to be trying their best, but they often don’t pay attention to your order and become flustered when you try to correct them.
