I used to come here everyday (almost) but the staff has become increasingly incompetent (even with online orders). 2 times they forgot my order and proceeded to... read more I used to come here everyday (almost) but the staff has become increasingly incompetent (even with online orders). 2 times they forgot my order and proceeded to give me the wrong order (which also cut into my worktime). The 2nd manager on duty had thenerve to be very rude and argumentative as well. I used to love Del Taco until the service became so bad. Not to mention thefood is often old, cold or overcooked (burnt hard chicken sometimes overloaded with white sauce to mask it). The location onGoldensprings (now closed) used to be my favorite. The food was fresh and the female manager who used to work there was friendlyand quick. It is now a Starbucks. I'd rather drive to the location on Diamond Bar Blvd, at least the food is always freshthere. Too bad it's not near my work. I have completely given up on this location and would rather have McDonalds. ????

It seemed as though... read more I had a negative experience at your restaurant with one of your employees, a woman wearing a pink jacket, who threw the food on the counter. It seemed as though she was not treating customers well, particularly those of Asian descent. I suggest that the manager review the footage from November 3, 2023, between 12:00 PM and 12:11 PM. It might be beneficial for the manager to provide some additional training to her.

Sending cars from the drive-thru to the parking lot to wait for their food, only to have orders delayed further, is very frustrating.

We just left, and even though there was no line and no other customers,... read more I’m only giving this one star so I can share how terrible this Del Taco experience was. We just left, and even though there was no line and no other customers, we were kept waiting at the drive-thru away from the window. The person at the window clearly hates their job, which was evident in the poor customer service. Maybe they were having a bad day or dealing with something, and I could understand that, but they shouldn’t take it out on the customers.
