We just left from there... no line, no customers yet they had us waiting at the drive thru, away from the window. The person at the window obviously hates her joband it shows through her customer service or lack thereof. Maybe you had a bad day, maybe you're going through something....Icould respect that but you should do something about it and not take it out on the customers.

I used to come here everyday (almost) but the staff has become increasingly incompetent (even with online orders). 2 times they forgot my order and proceeded to... read more I used to come here everyday (almost) but the staff has become increasingly incompetent (even with online orders). 2 times they forgot my order and proceeded to give me the wrong order (which also cut into my worktime). The 2nd manager on duty had thenerve to be very rude and argumentative as well. I used to love Del Taco until the service became so bad. Not to mention thefood is often old, cold or overcooked (burnt hard chicken sometimes overloaded with white sauce to mask it). The location onGoldensprings (now closed) used to be my favorite. The food was fresh and the female manager who used to work there was friendlyand quick. It is now a Starbucks. I'd rather drive to the location on Diamond Bar Blvd, at least the food is always freshthere. Too bad it's not near my work. I have completely given up on this location and would rather have McDonalds. ????
