It seems they've switched to a newer design that is more convenient for travel, but it doesn't have the same foamy texture.

We particularly love the hot pot, and as far as I know, our city doesn’t have any restaurants that offer hot pot or other Asian fusion dishes. We’re big fans of the fantastic variety of Asian cuisine that we just can’t find in the High Desert. I really hope your restaurant will consider expanding to our area in the near future!

I ordered the Ribeye steak sizzler plate with spaghetti. It was kind of bland and sweet from the spaghetti sauce. I understand that this is Taiwanese take on western food but the garlic butter sauce doesn't shine at all. The food was under-seasoned so I had to ask them for soy sauce. Vietnamese Coffee was so so, I mean it's not authentic but they get the general feeling of Vietnamese coffee right with arabica coffee and condense milk. Definitely nailed the smoky taste.
