It’s clear that the restaurant doesn’t prioritize customer feedback, as it took them a long time to reach out to me after my review. Since I received no response previously, I won’t be giving them another chance. I've also informed my friends about the poor service I experienced.
They no longer are a restaurant, only sell frozen broth now at an outrageous price. You mainly receive salted water from their packages. Would recommend to stay away from making purchases here if the price they charge isn 't already turning you away
Absolutely delicious Beef Shank Soup and I'm going to try the Pork Broth in a bit. Delicious, hats off to the owner for recommending such a tasty thing.Definitely a must try, Super clean and well seasoned, don't add any spices. It's just perfect.
Firstly, I wish the owner would update their Yelp page to reflect that they no longer serve ready-made meals in the restaurant. They now only offer pre-packaged frozen soups, not even for takeout. The girl at the front desk mentioned that this has been their format for over a year, but the misleading information on Yelp is quite frustrating. Fortunately, my office is just a two-minute drive away, but still.
It doesn’t update the information on the google maps and very bad customer service
