She explained she wanted no lett... read more First time ordering from this place was 2 5 2022. We ordered for three people. My wife ordered Adriana Burritos, burritos only. She explained she wanted no lettuce, no guac, non of the plate fixings. When we got home to eat there was only one burrito and it was buried under beans, rice, quac and sour cream. By the time my wife picked all the items off that she did not want, there was no sauce left to speak of.Second order was tonight, 2 6 2022. Having seen they had problems with the first order she tried to simplify it for them. She ordered two Adriana Burrito Plates and asked they only remove the lettuce. My daughter gets there to pick up the order then calls us and says it is $90 plus dollars. My wife gets on the phone to talk to the employee. He confirms the price is correct. My wife asks him to read off each item on the order and the cost per item. He reads them back with price one at a time and when he reaches the end, admits he is wrong about the price. He had already charged our card and gave my daughter some back in cash. My daughter gets home and the aluminum pan plates with the paper tops have all collapsed onto each other. All the fixings like sour cream, refried beans, sause on the burritos, is mostly on the lids and all the fixings are basically mixed together.To top this off, they sent four burritos, all of them the wrong kind , and they were burritos only. My wife called and asked for the manager and they said he would not be in today, then suddenly they say oh he just came in , so likely not the manager. She had the manager state what comes on the Adriana Burrito and my wife confirmed that the burritos we received were NOT Adriana Burritos. She also told him about the previous nights order and the collapsed mess we received on the second order. They offered to give us a discount next time but she stated that she just wanted them to know that they are not capable of getting orders correct and that any compensation would be a waste because we will not be ordering from them again.

However, it felt a bit uncomfortable because the staff kept staring at us. Other than that, everything was great!
