My husband and I often visit this restaurant for their flaxseed oil, as we find the price and quality to be the best there. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options, including an assortment of beans, rice, nuts, oats, and grains. Additionally, they have vegan cupcakes, cookies, pizza, "meat," ice cream, milk, yogurt, and more. We also appreciate the large box of organic green, white, black, and other varieties of tea (100 bags in total) available at a very reasonable price.

This restaurant is more affordable than Whole Foods, especially if you take advantage of the sales section. The establishment is always clean and fully stocked.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh produce and vegan options, including vegan meats, cheeses, pastries, and supplements. However, the prices are on the higher side.

Hardly any decent selections for vegetarians in the frozen dept and faux meats. Produce was not local, very very small choice for organics, but they really pushed the meat counter.. it was quite expansive. Overrated, overpriced.
