Ihop - Walnut Creek

Honestly my girlfriend and I stopped by for a breakfast/dinner meal and our waitress was the sweetest thing to the both of us. A man tried to start some kind of problem inside over such a small matter and one of the employees took him outside to talk. 10/10entertainment, god we had such a great time. Try that apple pecan thick French toast or whatever it's called. It's underrated

We made an order online and it took us 15mins to arrive. When we arrived there was only one lady working and it took her 15mins on attend us. Then we waited for 1hour for not a big order, and finally gave up. too bad service, Ihop should close the store ifthey don?t have people to do the job

Officially my favorite IHop. ACTUALLY has the gluten free options available. And the staff are really lovely people. Jerry is an absolute treat! No vague smells of sewer either. So nice to go to an IHop and not be concerned that I'm going to catchdysentery.

If I could would give less I would. I was told my order was being made when i walked in. 20 min later everyone who came after me got their order. Then they Findlay check in me to only tell me they don?t have my ítems and made me wait again no apologies.Worst experience Poor communication. They weren?t even busy they had 5 people

Pretty low price (9 for the roast turkey due to a dinner discount, usually 15-17) and good food. Got free short stack (worth 8) using my pancoins (the rewards program). Wish they had more types of syrup at the table than just old-fashioned but it is okay.
