Contribute FeedbackDespite its recent reopening, this restaurant appears to be facing multiple issues in customer service and food quality. From orders with missing items and incorrectly prepared dishes to uncooked bacon and unpleasantly dry chicken, diners are left disappointed and frustrated. Inconsistencies in food preparation and lack of attention to special requests highlight significant room for improvement. The only saving grace seems to be the decent fries and milkshakes. With slow responses to complaints and refund delays, customers are left feeling dissatisfied. It seems like this restaurant has a long way to go before winning back the loyalty of its patrons.
I ordered food about 1am. I waited and waited almost an hour before I contacted them to see why my order has been passed onto 5 different drivers. They said they were closed for a software update and don’t have access to the app to inform people. Now I’m £20 down and have no food. A refund takes 5 day. Absolute joke.
I placed a delivery order with special adjustments, but when the food arrived, it did not have certain items excluded as requested. Thankfully, my allergy is only mild.

Absolutely terrible, how can you not cook fries correctly when you make them constantly every day? Pathetic, do places not bother training staff these days?
I think this is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Rude service. Cold food and coffee. No napkins. Scruffily wrapped food.
