What User doesn't like about The Steakhouse Wallsend:
We waited at the door as per the signage for 15 minutes, with not one staff member approaching us until I prompted them. We had a booking at 6.30pm and were seated at 6.47pm. Table of 6, 3 entrees ordered and again had to prompt for the 3rd entree 10 mins after the other two were done and dusted. Food was average at best and for the price point, a bit disappointing. Liked the menu options, I got a burger with s patty that was like rubber. Salmon great, meatballs excellent. Still recommended for a decent meal
I enjoyed my first dining experience there. We were a little disappointed in the blandness of the food (scallopini) which 3 of the diners chose, and will try another meal next time to sample that. Loved the service and setting, so if it was a one-off meal that wasn’t great then I will happily give it a higher rating next time.
We have dined here a few times and food is always good. Happy with the service and setting is nice.

Prices excessive by comparison with other clubs eg barramundi fish at $40 is over the top
