During our week-long stay, we had a terrible experience. The staff kicked us out and told us to call the manager the next day to discuss a refund. When we did call, he hung up on us. I recorded the entire interaction. I wouldn't spend even a single cent at this place due to the awful service. The manager clearly needs to learn about customer service. This is a fantastic pub! The owners are truly wonderful and go above and beyond to take care of their regular patrons. I used to really enjoy their karaoke nights! It’s simply the best pub in the city. View all feedback.
