Visited for my 2nd time with a Vegan friend. The menu looked wonderful we were late for 12midday cut off for Vegan breakfast...after much debate back and forth they agreed to cook a Vegan breakfast, despite full Vegan coming out with Halluomi cheese on it which we know the just removed it and brought same plate of food back out) it was delicious. I do feel with my friends health conditions where she can 't drink anything cold from their fridges, trying to get a room temp bootle of water ' was impossible ' so she had a glass of tap water. When we collected our coats in the bottom of this coat cupboard were loads of bottles of water room temperature lol... busted... I did feel they were very resentful... I then, when they cleared our plates, I asked for another latte to be told, ' We 're closing soon and we 've already turnt the coffee machine off '.... woo really while customers are still at their tables.... service levels and customer relations need a bit of attention... £30 quid later! We went here for breakfast and the service here was great. The food was lovely, we ordered the vegan breakfast and royale along with mint and lemon ginger tea. I would say I would have preferred my bread with my breakfast instead of getting it before but apart from that it was great! Vegetarian options: There is vegetarian and vegan options here. The hot chocolate is not vegan. This place caught our eye when we were visiting the area, sadly for a friend’s funeral. What a warm and friendly place. It was simply perfect from the welcome, the menu (we had planned to just stop for a drink but couldn’t refuse the food! and the ambiance.
