They consistently get my order wrong, and if they're out of certain ingredients, they don't let you know—even if you've paid extra for them. I ordered a burrito bowl with rice, steak, cheese, queso blanco, beans, corn salsa, guacamole, and veggies, but what I received was just a bowl of rice with beans and queso blanco. It really seems like they don't care about customers spending their money and not receiving what they paid for. I can never reach anyone at the store to find out why this keeps happening. I'm not sure why I continued to order from there, but I definitely won't be doing so anymore. They waste people's money without any concern. As for vegetarian options, I can't speak to those since I ordered veggies but didn't receive them.

Walked in, saw the floors were covered in food and trash, the drink dispenser had no ice and the other tea dispensers were empty and that general area was a com... read more Walked in, saw the floors were covered in food and trash, the drink dispenser had no ice and the other tea dispensers were empty and that general area was a complete mess. Went to the counter to order and once again they were out of some food and it also looked like it had been sitting for a while. Took a step back to see that the whole front counter area was absolutely filthy and hadn’t been cleaned whatsoever. The kicker? There was only one other party of 2 there and about 6 or 7 people working there and the place was a complete disaster. I walked out in the middle of them taking my order because everything was absolutely disgusting. The person I was with really wanted Chipotle so I decided to drive all the way to the Middletown location where it was more of the same except only 3 people working there and a line almost out the door. Sad to say, I will not be returning. I don’t know who is managing these locations but they should be fired. Completely unacceptable.
