I als... read more I really enjoy the sofritas burrito and burrito bowl at this restaurant. However, I was disappointed to find that the pinto beans contain animal products. I also found a piece of meat in my bowl, which was unexpected. I recommend getting the burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side to ensure a larger portion. The prices are reasonable, considering the portion size.

I did find a piece of meat in my bowl before eating. I recommend ordering a Burrito bowl with Tortilla on the side to get a larger portion. The pricing is reasonable for the serving size.

They consistently get my order wrong, and if they're out of certain ingredients, they don't let you know—even if you've paid extra for them. I ordered a burrito bowl with rice, steak, cheese, queso blanco, beans, corn salsa, guacamole, and veggies, but what I received was just a bowl of rice with beans and queso blanco. It really seems like they don't care about customers spending their money and not receiving what they paid for. I can never reach anyone at the store to find out why this keeps happening. I'm not sure why I continued to order from there, but I definitely won't be doing so anymore. They waste people's money without any concern. As for vegetarian options, I can't speak to those since I ordered veggies but didn't receive them.
