Cagney's Kitchen - Wallburg

AVOID THIS PLACE. We had a party of five on a Friday evening about 5:15pm. There were several groups there, but not very busy. It took nearly 15 minutes before our orders were taken. It then took 45 minutes to get our food. Other tables were seated after us and served before us. When the food finally came out, it was cold. No one was the last bit interested in making it right.

Used to be a 5 star rating for us . Has taken 40min to get takeout order last two times and something is always missing . Gonna wind up with closed signs like little richards did .

Service a like slow. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and took server a like bit to get there. Had to Gobble my food because it took so long to get.

We have gotten take out from this Cagney's for a few years now. Every single time, something is missing or wrong. They have signs up telling you to check your food before leaving. It's difficult to do when everything is in boxes stacked on top of one another. They always leave at least one thing out, usually a side. The sign makes me think they know how sloppy they are in checking if everything in an order is correct.Paying $50 for 4 people for takeout is already hard to bear but incorrect or left out food just makes the value worse. We're done giving this place more chances.

I love this place! The food, service, cooks and the owner are wonderful. I have been going there for years. I don't understand where these one star ratings are coming from.
