The waitress was polite, atten... read more I had to write a review because of all the negative reviews here. Maybe service is a problem in the summer, but I had no problem. The waitress was polite, attentive and efficient. The food was standard breakfast fair, tasty and cheap. The pancakes were fluffy and the bacon was cut thick with four large slices to one side. That was the only place that was open for many miles before 7:00 so that forced me here and I'm glad I came.

She quickly took our drink and food orders while managing the tables around us. My husband ordered a pancake combo, and I went with the Cataldo omelette. When Maria refilled our coffees, she apologized for the short wait and for the dirty tables. It seemed that she was the only one working that morning, and the entire high school football team had decided to come for breakfast along with the regulars, but she had been non-stop since opening. Despite the rush, Maria maintained a cheerful demeanor and energy. My omelette was possibly the best I've ever had, packed with sautéed veggies (onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms), crispy bacon, and cheese—it was fantastic! My husband also enjoyed his pancakes, eggs, and bacon, and I had my omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast. The food was delicious, and Maria's positive attitude made the short wait and messy tables worthwhile. We will definitely be back, just not on a game day when it’s clearly busy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

My husband and I had already visited every other breakfast spot in Wallace, so we decided to check this one out despite the mixed reviews we read online. We were completely blown away! I ordered the Center of the Universe breakfast along with a short stack of pancakes (we shared them, of course—I'm not a monster). Breakfast is the only meal I truly know about, and this was one of my favorites from last year. The pancakes were incredibly fluffy, and the other dish was fantastic as well. The service was quick, attentive, and cheerful, even though we arrived just before closing. I would definitely come back here—100% will return!

However, the entry is... read more Had a great breakfast at this restaurant! Prices were reasonable, and the service was excellent. It's conveniently located right off I-90. However, the entry is a bit confusing. The sign directed us to the front door, which is around the side of the building, but those doors were locked. Luckily, the side door by the parking lot was open. Just a little mix-up! Overall, I would recommend it!
