I’ve often found that no one answers the phone or responds to messages, which really baffles me. It’s hard to understand how a local business can stay afloat when they seem unavailable even when their website says they’re open. It’s frustrating to call and not get a response, and it’s even worse to drive there only to find them closed. There’s no sign indicating their hours or when they might be open again.
