What Luciano Togni dislikes about A&w:
During my visits inside the restaurant, I've noticed the manager parked right next to the entrance, which limits space for patrons. This adds to the chaos as people bringing in coffee disrupt the staff, further increasing our wait time. I can only give this place two stars because I genuinely love the food. However, the service could use some serious improvement. View all feedback.

They are KFC and A@W together. Not bad. We had KFC it was a little expensive 45.00 dollars for an adult and three children. But everything in all food was good.

The prices are extremely high!! You can eat twice in any other similar restaurant for 1/3 of the cost less!! The staff was so rude that I cancelled my order. You always forget sauces when you ask them.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Doordashed from here and my dasher informed that after 20 minutes he was still waiting on my food or any kind of communication. My dasher told me that him and two other dashers watched the employees put my food on the counter for over 10 minutes, which of course they so rudely denied and called the dasher a liar, and then proceeded to make him wait even longer after that. They told me that the food was never put on the counter and yet it showed up at my house cold and dried out, both the food and the behavior of the manager when I spoke to her was absolutely disgusting.

A guy waited on us from the moment we arrived until we left. He seemed overwhelmed. Our meals, however, were quite good.

We were pulled forward for fresh bacon. But lasted 15 minutes. I'm sorry, but for 12.00 I could have gone better. Home. I'm sorry. I have more onions than anything else. A little pimple. Until it gets better. We're not coming back. Thanks for trying.
