I just made a purchase and ran into a friend, which distracted me. When I told the young man at the counter what I needed, he ended up grabbing the wrong item.... read more I just made a purchase and ran into a friend, which distracted me. When I told the young man at the counter what I needed, he ended up grabbing the wrong item. I returned shortly after, within two minutes, to explain that it was incorrect and that I needed the right item. However, he told me he couldn't process any exchanges! This young man has been consistently rude and unfriendly every time I visit. I live just around the corner, and his lack of respect is really frustrating. He mentioned he thought it was the right one.

The sandwiches they make are fantastic, and I've ne... read more I really love this Quik Chek! They have brand new Freal machines that do a great job of cleaning themselves. The sandwiches they make are fantastic, and I've never encountered any problems with my fresh food orders. They offer a wide selection and have some great slushy flavors as well. The staff is always friendly and courteous, and they consistently have everything I need here.

I im... read more I just bought something and ran into a friend and was side tracked. I told the young gentleman at the counter what I needed and he grabbed the wrong thing. I immediately came back in and said it was wrong and I needed the right item within 2 minutes ofleaving the store and he told me he could not exchange anything!!!! This young kid has been so rude and unfriendly every time Icome in there. I live right around the corner and he has no respect at all. He said he thought it was the wrong pack ofcigarettes but couldn?t do anything about it after ??? Really?? If you knew it was wrong then why wouldn?t you say something?

I expect it on the day of the calendar, and they NEVER have it. they always tell me which days they really do have it, and I come back to nothing. This has happened five times to me,and I'm really upset. Btw I'm twelve years old
