Red Rock
Description
Red Rock Restaurant has garnered mixed reviews, drawing attention amidst the bustling tourist scene. Several diners experienced long waits for mediocre food, noting issues like overcooked burgers and unclean bathrooms. Service lapses were a common complaint, from incorrect billing to lack of follow-ups on drink refills. While some diners praised specific dishes like prime rib and brotpudding, the overall consensus points towards disappointment, particularly in food quality and service efficiency. Despite friendly staff, the restaurant's chaotic experience may deter many from returning, leaving it a gamble for those traveling through the area.

We ate the evening meal today at Red Rock restaurant. I had patty melt and sweet potato fries. My husband had beef tips ordered medium. My sandwich and fries were cold. they took it back and remade it. My patty melt was warm but I think I had the same cold fries. My husband's beef tips were well done with undercooked onions. NO discount was offered. We will not be going back.
Had breakfast at the Red Rock in Wall this morning. Menu was pretty good, coffee was good only $1. French Toast Combo was delicious! The sausage in my wife's order of Biscuits Gravy was excellent. Same with what came with my order. Don't believe it came our od a package as it was spicy thick. Service eas very good the young Gal kept our cup warm. Great place for breakfast, Only on Fri. Sat. Sun. Opens at 8am I believe. Much better than the Wall Drug. AND this business is Veteran owned.
Brisket was about 40% fat, lukewarm and the texture seemed off like it was microwaved for $17 that was pretty disappointing. We had a price misunderstanding when the waitress misspoke that caused us to order more, and instead of “apologies for that misunderstanding” we were accused of trying to scam the restaurant for explaining what happened. Take your business elsewhere if you can.
