When I finally reached the window, the girl told me they did not have what I had ordered. I understand that it can be challenging to find reliable workers, but this seems to be a common issue at this restaurant.

I... read more I stopped for a quick coffee, waited for over 5 minutes, and finally asked about my order. I was told that the machine was not working, with no communication. I decided to leave as the service has been deteriorating during peak times and the staff seemed disorganized. Another customer had to return twice because items were missing from their order. Despite the busy weekend rush, I know I won't be returning.

I ordered it almost daily! I always have. the driveway used as it usually snows and the parking lot was full! the passing seemed to always go fast, service was friendly and they have a great routine at this place!

I had to wait 20 minutes just to place my order, and when I finally received my cappuccino, it did not even have espresso in it. This happened more than once. The staff here is slow, rude, and seems more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers.
