I asked the lady on the phone to put the chicken on the side that way my salad w... read more I placed a Togo order yesterday for a shrimp poboy and a grilled chicken salad. I asked the lady on the phone to put the chicken on the side that way my salad wouldn't be soggy when I got home to eat it. I got in my car after paying to realize that they put the chicken on top of the salad. Ate the soggy salad anyways it could have been 10xs better with crispy lettuce..instead it was soggy. Honestly I'm writing this review because I feel like this should be protocol for bubbbas when making salads Togo. No one wants a soggy salad and when you put the chicken on top of the salad, and the Togo box on top of another hot plate of course the salad is going to get mushy and soggy.

The food is freshly prepa... read more I pass by this little restaurant every day on my way to the city, and it took me a while to finally give it a try, but now I'm hooked! The food is freshly prepared and tastes amazing. I had the cheeseburger, which is an ultimate classic, and my father opted for the black fish dish. Neither of us was disappointed! The burger had a rich, solid flavor and was perfectly seasoned—juicy and cooked just right, not overdone at all! I chose sweet potato fries because I love trying them at different places, and I would definitely order them again. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. When my father comes to town, he always talks about wanting to stop by for one of those cheeseburgers I had, so I think he’s sold on them, even though he usually has different tastes. The service was also very friendly!

However, the cashier that helped me when i got there was extremely sweet and fun to talk to. My husband ordered the philly chees es esteakpoor boy which is only supposed to come with onion peppers and Swiss cheese however it was fully dressed like acheeseburgerWhich included the ingredients lettuce tomatoes pickles and something vinegary. I ordered myself the chicken friessteak. It looked and taste like it was a cheap and frozen Patty that I can buy out of Walmart freezer. I was very disappointedin my meal tonight. 1st time customer and will be the last.

So they sell these crawfish kickers with there seafood platter but every time I ask to order extra (which I?m going to pay for) they act as if I?m trying to get them for free. The lady on the phone always putme hold and say, ?Let me see if we can do that? Then she comes back to the phone and says, ?Oh we?re out? Ok so if you?re outthen when I ask for the seafood platter which 2 come on there, you would?ve said so then. Well, this is the first restaurantthat has a problem making money. Why not sell items separately if a customer wants to purchase it. DUMMY!!!!
