Very good Greek food and very friendly employees. We liked gyros and tzatziki and the kids are always happy when we eat there.

We were staying at the Mezzero Hotel just across the road, and had a family dinner here on our last night. Everone had something different, including fish, and we were all very pleased with our meals. Service was great and friendly, and they even have...english menues! Great place for a meal at a reasonable price.

If you like Greek food, you need to stop here! Do not pass up this opportunity! I was driving past and noticed that of all the outdoor eating restaurants in this area, this one was completely full AND people were still waiting for tables to...become free. Hence I also stopped and I was not disappointed! The food is cooked fresh and not simply pre-cooked then warmed up. Because of this, you might notice that you are waiting longer than normal for your food to come be patient it will be worth it. The dishes are vibrantly tasty, heavily meat orientated as you would expect from Greek fare and the portions are generous. Dishes are reasonably price and some even come with an ouzo or glass of wine as part of the dish. Service is good-hearted if more than a little slow, however I couldnt fault the waiters working that night as they were constantly running from tables to kitchen during the hour or so I was there, hence I just simply had to wait my turn. Unexpected, but VERY happily discovered gem in the Waldshut-Tiengen region.

We came across this Greek restaurant when looking for the Italian recommended by our hotel. It was fairly busy with local people. We could not get a table outside so chose to eat in. The menu was very varied. The staff spoke good English and...where very chatty. The food was very nice and fresh and plenty of it. Would not hesitate to visit again if in the area.

Love Akropolis and their friendly staff make you feel very confortable, portions are generous and tasty. Authentic greek food.
