Wendy's - Waldorf

Every time I attempt to visit this Wendy's, there seems to be an issue. Today, for instance, they were closed at 10 AM. What is going on? Previously, they only accepted cash or had issues with taking orders due to system problems. It really seems like there needs to be new management or an owner for this location. It's quite disappointing.

When I got to the drive-thru window, my order still wasn’t ready. They asked me to pull into the parking lot and wait for them to bring my food out. I refused to do so. They claimed they had a policy of cooking to order, but seriously? I requested a refund, and the manager, Kyrie Cox, told me he couldn’t process it since I ordered through the app. He said I would need to cancel the order in the app. Wendy's customer support is just as frustrating as this location. I’m left feeling that corporate needs to hear about this, and I deserve better for my money.

Typically, Thursday car meets are enjoyable, featuring some impressive vehicles and a welcoming atmosphere for families.

This might be the worst Wendy's on the planet, or at least at this university. Our orders were consistently wrong, and the wait time was incredibly slow—it felt like an eternity. The staff seemed completely indifferent to the customers. Fortunately, in under 10 minutes, you can reach the Wendy's in Accokeek, which is fantastic. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

We visited yesterday and noticed they were short-staffed while also training new employees. Although the food took a bit longer to arrive, it was fresh. Just a suggestion: try to ensure you don't run out of condiments in the future. Keep up the good work!
