What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I’m baffled that management hasn’t noticed how terrible their service is. They really need to pay attention and hire people who actually want to work. This Starbucks location is frustrating to visit. First, when we come here on vacation women at the theke saud, we have no sweet cream, I said ok, then she said we have no tees, so I said, ok I take an icy coffee, she said we are our coffee, I said, ok I have a sandwich snack, at least we have no food, it is 10 and they have nothing close to their service!
Worst Starbucks ever !!!! The team that works today this morning Have no training and don't love what they do !!! This place with all the traffic at the mall could do way better !!! Get a good team customer service is everything!!!!

I’m not want to normally write a review. But I’ve been to this location periodically in the past 2 years. I have never had a pleasant experience. Today I put in an order at 5:20pm. The young lady seemed angry and unfriendly. She started walking away as we were ordering. When she came back to the register. I asked if there was a problem and she proceeded to say that they were closing soon. I checked the hours and this location is open until 8pm. Needless to say, I’m not going back there.
The worst customer service. I will be contacting corporate because there was no excuse for the level of rudeness. I canceled my order! Cards only because they were counting out cash drawer 30 mins prior to closing , no problem. They were out of straws no problem. But the mumbling under her breath with sassy remarks and attitude, as if my business was a bother cancel my order. And I will be writing in about my experience. Completely unnecessary to be that rude and nasty. Unreal!
