Mcdonald's - Waldorf

I visited this restaurant for the first time in over a year, and unfortunately, they completely messed up my order. I didn't realize it until I got home, and it wasn't even busy when I left. I'm not planning to return to this place anymore. Instead, I’ll be heading to Outback, which I consider the best location in town.

I stop going here because they always messed up my order. on the other day I took a chance and tried again, and nothing has changed, even if it doesn't get better inside. I've seen the customer run out because he's as slow as he's on the front desk. I'm not gonna eat here anymore. they are too many other possibilities in waldorf.

To the breakfast. the cash person could not speak English and she was also new to this position. the order was also missed after moving a manager to help the person to lead the register. also manager spoke Spanish, while new person helped to confuse the situation. I was in my life in a lot of mcd’s (62yrs) and this is bad. the manager has attracted me and I quote you need to learn to hear better in a heavy Spanish accent. wow, I thought. the command came to 32.00 the girl overload my wife and I 14.00 I got back 14.00. that's when I dressed. that would never have happened if girls had spoken in register English. only saying they don't go here when they speak Spanish.

We couldn't even place an order. We waited in line for 10 minutes, and no one took our order. A staff member asked if we had ordered, and when I said no, she told us we still couldn't order. The children were crying because they were hungry, so we decided to leave. I wouldn't give even a single star if I could.

Idk if its the people in this area or the owners don't care but not one fast food joint in this Mickey mouse Town can get an order right or fix it with some sense of urgency.
