Ledo Pizza - Waldorf

We ordered two steak and cheese subs with fries. Unfortunately, the fries were excessively salty despite our clear request for no seasoning. The staff really needs to pay more attention to these details; this isn't the first time it has happened. If it occurs again, I won't be ordering from them anymore, as I expect to receive what I pay for.

I was really satisfied with our order of two pizzas and 18 wings. We had one chicken and vegetable pizza and one meat lovers pizza. Both pizzas were hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! I will definitely order from here again. The wings were cooked to perfection and were just right!

The meatballs and cauliflower pizza were excellent! I just wish the cauliflower pizza had a larger size option. If you choose the car pickup, it can take them a while to notice you're there after you let them know. It's much easier to just walk in and grab your order.

Tonight experience was the WORST!!! I was told by Sydney (sp chk) who was adamant she was leaving on time about 7:10pm that my food wasn?t ready. After waiting 15 -20 more minutes my food had been sitting there the entire time?the other said ?oh I didn?t know what you were waiting for.? Not to mention, I get home condensation all over my box of wings and then they forgot my SALAD!!! This place is usually on point not sure who is the supervisor on watch tonight, but highly recommend some training.

I placed my order paid online before 8:30 p.m. I arrived at 9:30, gave my name, and asked about my order. I was told my entire order hadn't been been put in yet but would be ready in 15 minutes. My order still wasn't ready at the scheduled time of 9:45 p.m. After several other patrons came in, picked up their orders left, I was still waiting. I PRE-PAID, TIPPED and STILL WAITED MORE THAN 20 MINUTES FOR MY CARRY-OUT ORDER.
