Ihop - Waldorf

Since the pandemic changed how we live and interact, more people are dining out. Despite the crowds, we had a minimal wait to be seated, although there was a slight delay in getting our food. Overall, our server was friendly, the food was served hot, and our little one really enjoyed it!

I didn’t catch our server's name, but she was excellent! She didn’t write anything down, but she remembered our order perfectly. She was professional, attentive, and simply wonderful. Our food was hot and delicious. Thank you so much—you’re amazing! A big thanks to the chef as well!

After a 20-minute wait at the Capital Heights location, where they wanted to split our party of six, we decided to leave. We headed to the Waldorf location, and within just three minutes, we were seated. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, thanks to our great waitress, Erica. Kudos to the Waldorf IHOP for having plenty of space to accommodate guests!

The Experience was pleasant professional and courteous by the Team assisting with answering my questions regarding a new Menu Item. The service was quick as well.
