Genghis Grill - Waldorf

First of all, the decor is amazing! I really didn't know what to expect and to be honest the waitress didn't do a good job of explaining it, but I had a great experience nonetheless. There is a large selection and I can't even begin to describe the spices, sauces, meats, and veggies that they offer. The end result of my choices was an absolutely delectable fusion of flavors and textures. My new fave!

First timer! I was very happy with the selection of meats, starches, and sauces. You can't pick the same bowl twice. Food was great but a little salty, so easy up on the sauces and spices lol Didn't feel like the staff paid that much attention to us, though. A little hard to get someone to your table and it wasn't during lunch or dinner rush.

I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. I come regularly (literally 2-4 times a week) because of the speed of getting the food and because of the convenience. The losing of the liquor license definitely hits hard because I would always get a drink from the bar while I waited. I probably won’t return until the liquor license does, sadly. I needs to come back. It adds an extra vibe to the establishment that is necessary for OF AGE CUSTOMERS. The food is always great. Always cooked right. Always enjoyable. The bartender Ceara always made coming here great. Sad to see her leaving as well.

Great food you create yourself. Friendly staff will tell you how it works. Never tried the recipe cards always done my own thing. Never went wrong with so many choices. Great for protein, vegetarians with their tofu and veggies. Second time this week coming here!

I like the food, but it's hit or miss if you select the wrong sauce. Taste the sauce first and pick wisely.
