Dunkin' - Waldorf

The service was great. I wish I could give it more stars but by the time that I got my donuts they were not fresh. My cooler didn't taste like it was baked all the way. The blueberry donut was okay.

I haven't been to this Duncan in a while, but I'm really impressed with the people skills that young employees exhibit! Kudos to HR! Will be more likely to visit this site again! And the cold brews are awesome!

I've said it once I like this place cause it has my favorite donuts vanilla frosted with sprinkles but the last 3 weeks on Monday and Tuesdays they are sold out by 11 am and your telling me you can't at least restock or do something about that

I placed my order on the app and was sure I picked the correct location. When I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn't there. The two front associates realized that I incorrectly placed my order for the location by the mall. I was prepared to just place a new order but the associates retook my order, notified the other location about the mix up, and gave me my order without additional payment. And of course, this all occurred during the morning rush. I was grateful that these two ladies took the time to right the error I made. Great customer service!!

I ordered a pumpkin donut, the Lil dude gave me an orange cream filled donut, which I never asked. When I explained the mistake, he mocked me in his Indian language. This place makes order donuts harder than it really is. I suggested setting ATMs that understand simple English and what?s on the menu before they serve customers.
