Chipotle Mexican Grill - Feedback

What michelle parnes likes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
There was a really long line (inside), but it moved faster than I expected. Employees were all super friendly. I asked for extra rice and lettuce, and there were no additional charges. I had the bowl and asked for a tortilla on the side, and I could have made 2 burritos with all the food you get. Never Again! There attitude is very nasty! They belittle your food then tries to charge for extra. I asked for sour cream on my burrito and they told me it would be extra even for cheese… also even the nerves too slam my food on my burrito! View all feedback.
