Terrible experience tonight. We waited 20 minutes before being greeted by a server and offered drinks. And waited an additional 10 minutes without being serviced before we decided to leave. Very disappointed. You guys need to do a better job of paying attention to when customers have been seated and are waiting to order. Sincerely, An upset patron who is currently typing this at Longhorn Steakhouse, where my order was placed within less than 5 minutes of sitting down.
Our waitress gave us a very unpleasant experience. She hardly checked on us, she gave us our food 30 mins apart with no type of communication, mind you it was only 2 of us. She didn't refill our drinks she didn't want to make eye contact with us SMH I'll never come back here. She had short hair with purple highlights , I will definitely be calling corporate
Wanted to try the sampler but they had no onion rings. Ordered chicken wings and potato wedges instead. Chicken was not cooked to my liking and barely were seasoned. Asked the manager if they could be cooked a little more. She stated once they hit our table they couldn't take them back (which I understood) would have to give me another order and just walked away and I never got them. Potato wedges were overcooked. Waited forever to get the bill. Did not enjoy this meal at all. The waitress and manager both seemed to be overworked (I guess).
They didn't have many of the items we asked for on the menu and the service in the bar area was trash today. Like the lady was bothered that we came there. We ended up just drinking one drink and leaving.
I've attempted to eat at this location multiple times. Today I waited for over 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table before I asked since those who got there after us already got drinks and ordered. They said our waiter was getting ready. But that is no excuse for every time we attempt to go to BWW. Do better! Someone could have covered and got is drinks instead of seating us and not having table coverage for over 10 minutes. Will not be returning.
