I have visited this location often over the past 6 years. Service is good. The staff is courteous and efficient for the most part. I visit now mainly for the freshpack ice cream. Some staff actually weigh the container! They are just following orders. I like it better when they just packed it tight . I notice staff is younger and less personable then in the past. I visited a restaurant to order some ice cream. The woman taking our order seemed very impatient and kept asking "is that all, is that all" every few seconds. Once we had finally decided on our order, she rudely didn't tell us the total and simply said "just pull up". I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and do not plan on returning.
