Went here late at night on a Friday. The place was full but we were lucky enough to get a table. The bartender spoke English and gave good drink recommendations. The location is near a theatre so a large part of the clientele was the cultured sort and there's potential to overhear some fun conversations. The wait staff was polite and friendly. The overall vibe of the place is fun, friendly and not too loud. View all feedback.

This place is already quite a lot, since moses has shared the red sea, but he has recently reopened under new ownership and new name. to my crossing the bar has lost little of its old time, Stühlinger-Charm, while at the same time much cleaner and also more spacious after the interior was new. there is a huge selection of beer, the chocolate porter is one of the popular yet-exotic drinks on tap and I am glad to say that it tastes much better than it sounds!

The beer list is minimalist, but often changing and shows the beaten away beer from crafts or private brewery. interesting and friendly bar hands.
The best BAR in Freiburg! Very good music, nice atmosphere, terrace excellent, in súper! And the jewell, Camil! Please go and discover him...and the place!
